Parent-child group therapy: relaxation & harmony in Andratx, Mallorca

Experience the special connection in our 60-minute parent-child group therapy (for mothers or fathers and a child aged 5 and over) in Andratx, Mallorca. Led by Iris Isabella, an experienced therapist, this session offers a harmonious combination of meditation, singing bowls, gong and Reiki to promote deep inner peace and balance between parents and children.

The journey begins with a shared guided meditation that aims to calm the mind and soul and lead to a state of deep relaxation. Experience together how the healing vibrations of the singing bowls and the gong create an atmosphere of serenity that brings the body and mind of parents and children into harmony.

The heart of group therapy is a Reiki session. In the experienced hands of Iris Isabella, a qualified Reiki master, you and your child will experience the gentle but powerful energy of this ancient Japanese healing art. Reiki supports the self-healing powers, reduces stress and increases the general well-being of parents and children.

With a limited number of participants of just 4 couples (parent-child pairs - price per pair), a personal and profound experience is guaranteed. This group therapy is ideal for those who, together with their child, are looking for a break from everyday stress and want to experience moments of peace and inner balance.
