SLEEPING POTION ELIXIR:

For specific problems: Take 4 drops several times a day as needed. For chronic problems or old ailments, take the following daily:

• Either 4 drops diluted in a glass of water or beverage, several times a day.

• Or add 16 drops to your usual water bottle. Over several weeks or as long as the need arises.

Synergy of essential oils PURIFYING Diffuse (with an essential oil diffuser) for 15 to 20 minutes or inhale for a few minutes, 1 to 3 times a day.

Distribute in the children's room for no longer than 5 minutes. Don't ingest. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not apply to skin, mucous membranes and eyes.
