Properties of the tea:

• Rooibos is a herbaceous shrub from South Africa and a popular base for tea blends. It contains no caffeine and is rich in antioxidants. Rooibos tea is said to have a calming and relaxing effect.
• Almonds are nuts known for their high levels of vitamin E and healthy fats. They give the tea a subtle nutty note and can help provide the body with nutrients.
• Pink peppers are berries that have a mild and slightly sweet taste. They give the tea a fine, spicy note and also contain antioxidants.
• Orange pieces bring a fresh and fruity taste to the tea. They contain vitamin C and give the tea a natural sweetness.

Brewing time/ preparation:

To prepare the 7th chakra tea, proceed as follows:

1. Bring water to a boil, then let it cool slightly until it's no longer sizzling hot.
2. Pour about 1 tablespoon of rooibos tea into a teapot or infuser.
3. Add the almonds, pink peppercorns, orange pieces, cinnamon, brittle and goji berries. You can adjust the amounts to suit your personal taste.
4. Pour the warm water over the ingredients in the teapot and let the tea steep for about 5-7 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
5. After the steeping time, you can either pour the tea directly from the teapot or pour the tea through a tea strainer into a cup to filter out the solid parts.
6. Enjoy the tea warm and let it unfold its calming effect.
