Properties of the tea:

• Rooibos: contains many antioxidants and is caffeine-free

• Apple: brings natural sweetness and freshness to the tea and is rich in vitamins and fibre

• Blackberries: provide a fruity note and contain antioxidants and vitamins

• Goji berries: are a superfood fruit with many nutrients and antioxidants

• Papaya: has a sweet, tropical note and is rich in antioxidants and vitamins

Brewing time/ preparation:

Heat fresh water to a temperature of around 95°C. Put one teaspoon per cup of the tea blend into a tea filter or infuser and place in a cup or teapot. Pour the hot water over the tea mixture and let it steep for about 5-7 minutes.
