Properties of the tea:

• Rooibos: is rich in antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties. It can help regulate blood sugar levels and boost the immune system.
• Rose Petals: Not only are they beautiful to look at, they also have anti-inflammatory properties and can help reduce stress and boost the immune system.
• Lemon: is rich in vitamin C and has antioxidant properties. It can help boost the immune system and aid in digestion.
• Vanilla: has calming properties and can help reduce anxiety and stress. It also has antioxidant properties and can help regulate blood sugar levels.
• Quince: is high in fiber and antioxidants and may help boost the immune system and lower cholesterol.

Brewing time/ preparation:

To enjoy the full aroma and flavor of our Rooibos tea, we recommend heating fresh water to around 95°C. 

Put a teaspoon of rooibos tea in a teapot or cup and pour the hot water over it. Let the tea steep for about 5-7 minutes to allow the aromas to unfold. 

Stir occasionally, then remove the tea leaves or solids through a strainer. Enjoy your rooibos tea hot and unsweetened or add a natural sweetener as needed.
